SCHEME PLAN

THE LAND

Historic Greytown was New Zealand’s first planned inland town, established in 1854 by settlers from Wellington looking for affordable portions of land. They were assisted in their quest by Governor Sir George Grey, and named the town in his honour.

Totara Grove has continued this mission by providing a development of relaxed sized lots at attractive prices, and at the same time maintaining the fundamental planning philosophy of carefully integrating a new community into the existing landscape.

You can download the Proposed Subdivision Covenants here.
